All orders are shipped in the order in which they are received.
Orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days, depending on availability. If you pre-order an item that is not currently in stock, we will notify you when it is available and ready to ship before charging you.
We offer free domestic shipping in the United States on retail orders over $150. We use USPS to ship all retail orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight and the delivery address.
Once we print your shipping label, you will be sent a USPS tracking number, except for orders shipped 1st Class USPS. Tracking information is generally updated every 12 hours.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during delivery. Once an item leaves Henry Green HQ, it is no longer in our control and is the responsibility of the carrier.

All wholesale orders are eligible for refunds within 90 days. However, all shipping costs are non-refundable and retailer must cover return shipping.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We hope you enjoy your new high-end leather goods as much as we do. If for some reason you don't, all orders are eligible for a quick and hassle-free refund within 30 days of placing the order.
To refund an item, simply email us at email@example.com with the word "Refund" in the subject line. In the body of the email, please indicate the item you wish to return, whether you want to refund or exchange the item, your name and when you placed the order.
We do not refund shipping costs, and the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs on returned items.
We cannot accept merchandise that has been altered, visibly used or damaged in any way.
Your account will generally be credited between 3 to 10 days of receipt of your item.
Any package returned to us should be insured. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. In the event that this occurs, please file a claim with the carrier.
